ISIC2010aimstopromotetheresearch,developmentandapplicationofintelligentcomputingandcontrolbyprovidingavibrantandeffectiveforumacrossavarietyofdisciplinesforengineersandscientistsinacademia,universityandindustry.AllacceptedpapersinISIC2011willbepublishedbyIEEECPSandindexedbyIEEINSPEC,EI(Compendex,FullText),ThomsonISTP,DBLP.Furthermore,extendedversionsofselectedpaperswillbepublishedinSCI-indexedJournals：InternationalJournalofInnovativeComputing,InformationandControl(IJICIC)，journalofInformationHidingandMultimediaSignalProcessing(JIH-MSP).
